Job Responsibilities:

• Abschlusserstellung und Bilanzierung
• Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
• Überleitung von Bilanzen nach Steuerrecht
• Analyse und Auswertung von Bilanzkennzahlen als Grundlage für betriebswirtschaftliche Entscheidungen
• Überwachung, Bewertung und Abstimmung von Rückstellungs- und Abgrenzungskonten
• Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
• Erstellung, Überwachung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Buchhaltungsprozessen
• Durchführung von Kontenabstimmungen sowie Klärung bilanzieller Sachverhalte
• Überwachung und Steuerung des Mahnwesens
• Verantwortung für die Debitoren-, Kreditoren-, Anlagen- und Personalbuchhaltung
• Erstellung von Liquiditäts- und Rentabilitätsplanungen
• Prozessmanagement und Optimierung
• Weiterentwicklung und Standardisierung bestehender Prozesse im Rechnungswesen
• Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen sowie Umsetzung effizienter Lösungen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Controlling und weiteren Fachbereichen
• Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern
• kompetenter Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für interne Kunden, Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater, Finanzbehörden und Banken
• Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Betriebsprüfungen
• Unterstützung bei steuerlichen und bilanziellen Fragestellungen
• Reisekostenmanagement
• Prüfung und Abrechnung von Reisekosten nach den geltenden gesetzlichen und betrieblichen Richtlinien

Ihr Profil:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Weiterbildung zum/zur Bilanzbuchhalter/-in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Rechnungslegung und Bilanzierung nach HGB
• Hands-on-Mentalität sowie eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Sorgfalt und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen
• Gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
