What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management.
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
• Produce financial reports and provide reporting support to company leadership.
• Assist with inventory accounting and reconciliation for a large product catalog.
• Process bi-weekly payroll through a third-party provider.
• Coordinate sales tax filings, business licenses, and other compliance-related activities.
• Work with outside partners including the CPA firm, banking contacts, and other service providers.
• Support ongoing process improvements as the company continues to expand.

What They're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Approximately 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of month-end close and financial reporting.
• Experience with QuickBooks is preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort learning new software.
• Inventory accounting experience is highly desirable.
• Manufacturing or distribution industry experience is a plus.
