GENERAL SUMMARY

TheSenior Accountant prepares financial statements and reports, verifies financial transactions and records, supports leaders with financial analysis and budgeting, provides audit and regulatory reporting support. This role is responsible for complex accounting transactions and the oversight of key accounting cycles, such as payroll, expense management, and revenue. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for training staff and monitoring the accuracy of work performed by accounting staff.

Supports day-to-day banking activities, including managing positive pay exceptions, performing check runs as assigned, and downloading daily bank transactions for entry into the general ledger.

ANTICIPATED TIME COMMITMENT

The duties of this position will typically require a minimum of 37 hours per week. Because of the nature of this position, the incumbent may need to work outside of regular business hours, including evenings and weekends, sometimes without advance notice.

PAY RANGE

$36.50 - 52.94 Hourly

The pay range for this role is provided above. Where a candidate’s compensation falls within this range is based on several bona fide factors such as experience, tenure, and other specialized knowledge.
