Responsibilities
- Play a key role in the month end close process
- Complete account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Review and assess agreements to ensure correct accounting.
- Collaborate with internal teams on processes and controls.
- Research and resolve questions around general ledger activity
- Prepare quarter-end close schedules and reporting.
- Record monthly and quarterly journal entries.
- Liaise between all departments.
- Provide backup support for Corporate Accounting functions.
- Document processes, procedures, and controls.
- Deliver ad hoc analysis and reporting.
- Improve processes through automation and AI.
- Maintain SOX and internal control compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 3+ years of public or private accounting experience
- Working knowledge of US GAAP
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong communication skills
