A well-established, publicly traded manufacturing company headquartered in New York City is seeking a driven and high-caliber Senior Accountant to join its financial reporting team. This is a full-time, on-site role reporting five days per week from the company's New York office.

What You Will Do
The Senior Accountant will play an integral role in supporting the company's external and internal reporting obligations. Day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting with SEC reporting requirements, including the preparation and coordination of the company's annual 10-K and quarterly 10-Q filings. The individual in this role will also assist in the preparation and review of financial statements and will contribute meaningfully to the company's broader financial reporting function.

Preferred Qualifications
While not required, candidates who bring exposure to complex accounting standards, including ASC 470 (debt), ASC 842 (leases), or ASC 606 (revenue recognition), will be viewed as particularly competitive. Experience working within large enterprise resource planning systems such as Oracle or SAP is also a meaningful differentiator and will be viewed as a strong plus.
