If you are a CPA and have 3-5 years of public accounting audit experience, we invite you to join us as a Senior Accountant with our Audit Services team.

As an Audit Senior with our firm, you will:

• Have direct contact with commercial, not-for-profit and employee benefit plan/ESOP clients
• Enjoy limited travel requirements since our current clients are located within a 90-minute drive of our office
• Develop your technical skills in a variety of disciplines, including audit, tax, and advisory services
• Run client engagements and delegate work to staff as appropriate
• Play a role in training and supervising staff
• Be provided with ongoing continuing education opportunities aimed at sharpening your technical skills, as well as internal training sessions designed to help you develop a personal network of business contacts, meet with prospective clients, and cultivate referrals.
• Contribute to the growth and success of the firm by providing exceptional client service
• Be valued as an integral part of our team

You’re qualified for the Audit Senior position if you:

• Have your CPA license
• Possess demonstrated experience (3-5 years) in public accounting providing audit services
• Have experience with audit and accounting software – Knowledge Coach/Engagement is a plus but not required
• Possess outstanding attention to detail and analytical skills
• Demonstrate initiative, creativity and imagination in your approach to work
• Exhibit time management and organizational skills
• Demonstrate a solid working knowledge of client businesses
• Are a team player, establishing good working relationships with all co-workers
• Possess effective interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal
• Demonstrate a commitment to exceptional client service and individual growth
