Job Title: Senior Accountant

Status: Regular Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)

Position level: Level 7

Hiring range: $65,605.91 - $76,055.23 annually

Salary range: $65,605.91 - $88,168.86 annually  

Job location: Remote/646 St. Clair Avenue West, Toronto, Ontario

A little about our Corporate Services Division

The Corporate Services division includes the functions of finance, information technology, human resources, and facilities. The Finance department is responsible for day-to-day transactional accounting for the organization as well as reporting to all funders and the Board of Directors. This includes but is not limited to: controlling expenditures and obligations (inclulding operating expenses, debt, and payroll), receipting and depositing all revenues, accounting for the investment of all monies and for all assets and capital project expenditures, internal and external reporting and management of the organization's cash flow.

Job summary

As our newest Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role supporting Mothercraft's finance department. Your passion for finance and working in a not-for-profit organization will be instrumental in ensuring financial accuracy, supporting decision-making, and enhancing the organization's overall financial health and sustainability.
