This role is responsible for overseeing general accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting month-end and year-end close processes. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively. Job Details:  Position: Senior Accountant Location: Belmont, NC  Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 Full Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, ESOP   Key Responsibilities 

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage and execute month-end and year-end close processes
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
• Oversee and mentor junior accounting staff
• Assist with process improvements and system implementations
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4–7+ years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics NAV, NetSuite, SAP, etc.)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
