Location: Wayne, PA (Corporate Office)
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute monthly financial statements.
- Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end workpapers.
- Manage balance sheet reconciliations and ensure proper financial controls.
- Supervise and support third-party accounting partners.
- Assist with budgeting, cash management, and financial analysis.
- Partner with the Accounting Department on reporting and process improvements.
About You:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of direct accounting experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related field (MBA//CPA certification preferred.)
- High level computer skills, especially Excel, but not limited to MS Word, Outlook, as well as the ability to learn to operate Company-specific software.
