What You’ll Do
- Own the monthly close process, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
- Drive corporate expense budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Deliver meaningful financial insights to senior leadership — not just numbers, but the story behind them
- Prepare ad hoc financial analysis and reporting in support of key business decisions
- Partner cross-functionally with business stakeholders on planning and reporting initiatives
- Champion process improvements that increase accuracy, efficiency, and close cycle speed
- Support budgeting and planning system maintenance and enhancements
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and GAAP standards
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of accounting experience; public accounting background strongly preferred
- CPA license (or active candidate) highly valued
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with ERP/accounting systems
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate financial results clearly
- Experience with budgeting or FP&A tools is a plus
