Key Responsibilities

• Complete month-end accounting close processes and analyze general ledger accounts.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships, respond to inquiries, and maintain organized work papers.
• Address complex accounting issues using strong conceptual judgment and initiative.
• Coach and mentor team members in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
• Review work product for quality, accuracy, and timeliness.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• BA in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• QuickBooks experience preferred.
• Experience in a client- or customer-facing environment.
• Background working with multiple clients and/or organizations preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail.

Compensation & Benefits :

• Compensation Range: $90,000 - $100,000
