Salary Range: $65,000$75,000

POSITION SUMMARY

The Minneapolis American Indian Center (MAIC) seeks a skilled and mission-aligned Senior Accountant to serve as a hands-on accounting professional for the organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this role is responsible for the day-to-day accounting operations of MAIC including accounts payable processing, payroll preparation, grant billing and compliance, and sales tax reporting. The Senior Accountant will work in close partnership with the CFO to ensure accurate financial records, strong internal controls, and timely reporting that supports MAIC’s mission of serving the American Indian community in Minneapolis.
