SEC Reporting Manager

SourcePro Search is conducting a search for a SEC Reporting Manager, needed for leading company.  The ideal candidate is a CPA who has 5+ years of experience with SEC reporting and extensive knowledge of US GAAP, XBRL Tagging and document management experience. Candidates with a big 4 background are preferred.
