Seasonal Tax Return Assembler

Our South Burlington, Vermont office is seeking a Seasonal Tax Return Assembler to help assemble and send tax returns from late August through mid-October and again from early February to mid-April. As we get closer to deadlines (9/15, 10/15, 3/15 and 4/15) this position will be approximately 30 hours per week with occasional Saturdays and evenings required. The hours will be less than 30 hours per week in the beginning.

All candidates for this position will possess:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and Adobe)
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems effectively
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak periods
