Pay: $19.75 – $20.50 per hour

In this role, you will support Payroll needs for our Union team. Attention to detail and providing great customer service is key. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

During our Harvest season, you will be expected to work at least 6 days a week. You will work Swing shift to support our Modesto Cannery during this time. Our Season runs from Mid-July through end of September but could extend.

This position will be primarily responsible for:

• Accurately entering a variety of data types from a variety of sources.
• Incoming phone calls.
• Providing support to the team in collecting missing timecard information.
• Maintaining a high level of entry accuracy.
• Communicating effectively with internal and external team members.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability of attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to follow procedures.
• Verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic math and grammar skills.
• Ability to work independently and within the team.
• Must be able to work any shift and up to six (6) days per week during the Harvest Season (mid-July through early October).

Preferred Qualifications:

• 40+ WPM and 10 Key at 9000 with at least 95% accuracy.
• Familiarity with UKG Pro or other HRIS time systems.

Physical Requirements:

Rare lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; rare stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling; and frequent fine finger dexterity. Generally, the job requires the following percentages of time committed to physical activity: 50% or more sitting, 25% or less walking, and 50% or less standing. The job is performed under occasional temperature variations and in an office environment. Unrestricted visual and audio abilities are required for the safety of all employees. The ability to lift up to 35 lbs. is required.
