Seasonal Accounts Payable Specialist

Under the direction of the Controller, the Seasonal Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for the processing payables thoroughly, accurately, and timely. As a result of this person’s efforts, Lulus will be able to pay our vendors in a timely manner while maintaining the utmost accuracy in detail. The Seasonal Accounts Payable Specialist will be self-motivated, hard-working, and possess a high level of business ethics.

This is a hybrid role at our Chico, CA office with onsite Tuesday to Thursday 8:00am to 4:30pm. 

What You’ll Do

• Request, review, and post invoices into the accounting system with proper GL coding

• Match invoices to purchase orders, receive documentation, and verify amounts due

• Post vendor credits in the accounting system

• Route invoices in the accounting system for approval

• Perform filing, copying, printing, and other general office tasks

• Other duties and tasks as needed

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or GED

• Basic Microsoft Excel skills

• Strong written and oral communication

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with others

• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing process

• Time management skills and the ability to multitask

Nice to Have - Bonus Points!

• Prior accounts payable/accounts receivable experience or completion of college-level business or accounting course(s)

• Sage Intacct, Netsuite, or SAP Concur experience
