Under the direction of the Controller, the Seasonal Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for the processing payables thoroughly, accurately, and timely. As a result of this person’s efforts, Lulus will be able to pay our vendors in a timely manner while maintaining the utmost accuracy in detail. The Seasonal Accounts Payable Specialist will be self-motivated, hard-working, and possess a high level of business ethics.
This is a hybrid role at our Chico, CA office with onsite Tuesday to Thursday 8:00am to 4:30pm.
What You’ll Do

Request, review, and post invoices into the accounting system with proper GL coding

Match invoices to purchase orders, receive documentation, and verify amounts due

Post vendor credits in the accounting system

Route invoices in the accounting system for approval

Perform filing, copying, printing, and other general office tasks
- Other duties and tasks as needed
What You’ll Need

High school diploma or GED

Basic Microsoft Excel skills

Strong written and oral communication

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with others

Ability to adapt to rapidly changing process

Time management skills and the ability to multitask

Prior accounts payable/accounts receivable experience or completion of college-level business or accounting course(s)

Sage Intacct, Netsuite, or SAP Concur experience
