The Seasonal Accounts Payable Specialist & Office Coordinator supports the daily operations of the Accounting team while also serving as a key point of support for the Chico, CA office. This dual-focused role combines core accounts payable responsibilities with front desk and office coordination duties to help foster a welcoming, organized, and efficient workplace environment. This position plays an important role in creating a positive office experience by supporting visitors, managing office operations, and maintaining a safe and functional workspace. 

Schedule: This role is scheduled to be onsite Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm with a target end date of July 31, 2026.
