This is a dynamic and growing region and you will be key part of the front line team. We are looking for someone who can be an excellent steward of Apple’s investments, while being a good partner to the sales team to enable growth. We need someone who learns quickly and is curious. This position will report to the sales finance controller for Southeast Asia.As the SEA Country Controller, you will own and be involved in the following activities:\\n\\n•\\tProvide market insights on political/economical landscape, regulatory changes and competitive activities in the country \\n•\\tDevelop and evaluate business cases for demand generation activities in the country. Track results and evaluate ROI to pivot on strategy as needed.\\n•\\tEvaluate and approve investments in the reseller channel, which include stores expansion and fixtures, staffing, training, back margin, consumer offers, etc.\\n•\\tPartner with sales team on the go-to-market strategy by RTM, partner, LOB, and product. Provide financial analysis to differentiate investment to maximize ROI.\\n•\\tBuild relationships with partner CFO and finance organization to understand partner profitability and joint strategy impact. Monitor and analyze public partner financial statement.\\n•\\tSupport quarterly country forecast with details and insights by partner/product\\n•\\tCompliance and financial reporting; ensure accurate accrual and payment recognition to partners\\n•\\tUnderstand business drivers, risks and opportunities to provide financial analysis to country manager and regional and WW senior leadership to support long term strategy and investment decisionsProactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven\\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment\\nIdentify risks/opportunities early and support sales leaders in decision making\\nDemonstrated ability to work cross functionally and influence outcomes\\nStrong communication skills including written, verbal and presentation\\nStrong storytelling with data to influence senior stakeholders\\nExcellent analytical thinking and structured problem-solving\\nTranslate financial data into business insights\\nStrong understanding of customer profitability and pricing/discount dynamics\\nExperience on SEA markets or other emerging markets\\nAdvanced Excel capabilities\\nFamiliarity with ERP systems (SAP) \u0026 BI tools (Tableu)Finance degree, relevant advanced degree or relevant work experience\\nMBA or CPA not required, but preferred\\n+10-15 years experience\\nFinancial controlling / accounting or Sales/ commercial finance or DF\u0026A/FP\u0026A
