Fully Remote | Full-Time | $55,000/year + BenefitsAbout the RoleOur client is growing — and we're looking for a Sales Enablement & Revenue Operations Analyst to help scale smart. This role sits at the center of theSales organization, supporting the team with reporting, content, and operational infrastructure as we expand our footprint, including our upcoming integration. If you're someone who's naturally curious, comfortable in Salesforce, and energized by figuring things out before someone has to ask you twice — we'd love to talk.What You'll DoBuild and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports that give the Sales team clear visibility into pipeline, performance, and revenue trends Turn raw data into brief, actionable analysis leadership and sellers can actually use Create and maintain sales enablement content — playbooks, competitive one-pagers, training materials — and help deliver training as you grow into the role Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Account Management, keeping projects and communication moving across teams Take ownership of operational workflows and process improvements that free up sellers to spend more time sellingWhat We're Looking For1–3 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, sales enablement, or a related field (SDR/BDR backgrounds looking to pivot into an operational role are a great fit) Hands-on experience with Salesforce — comfort pulling reports and translating data into insight Strong Microsoft Office/Suite skills A self-starter who can work autonomously, prioritize competing demands, and bring solutions (not just problems) to the table Excellent communication skills and the confidence to speak up when something isn't working Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) is a big plus Healthcare industry experience is not requiredWhy this role?This is a chance to build real infrastructure at a growing company, work cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, and Account Management, and directly shape how a scaling Sales org operates.
