Job Summary
Under the direction of the Corporate Financial Controller, the Accounting Co-Op will provide fundamental Finance services and support for the Finance team.
Work Hours
20-30 hours per week, with at least 4 hours each Thursday at the Lima location.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Completing period close
- Bank Reconciliation process
- Processing weekly AP Payment processes
- Maintaining AP Master files
- Complete period close journal entries and reconciliations for two small sites
- Complete weekly administrative journal entries
- Submit weekly USMCA document requests
- Reconcile Fixed Assets
- Support department through budget processes
- Assist Financial Controller in data organization required for implementation of ERP software
- Perform Ad Hoc Financial Analysis
- Building Excel spreadsheets
- Documenting Finance practices and Process Changes with ERP Implementation
- Other duties as assigned

Other Attributes/Skills
Should have knowledge of Finance; comfortable with use of Excel
Education and/or Experience
High School diploma required. Enrollment or completion of college courses in Finance or Accounting fields preferred. Entry level will be considered based on experience or extra-curricular activities related to IT.
