Support the agency mission by providing hope and healing to those impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault, and child maltreatment by: Administration Stewardship Professional Development Contribute to agency effectiveness by performing other duties as assigned. Core Competencies ▪ Proficient in MS Office and specifically MS Excel ▪ Action Oriented/Planning and Organizing ▪ Decision Making/Problem Solving ▪ Initiative ▪ Teamwork ▪ Technical/Professional Knowledge and Skill Education and/or Work Experience Requirements Requirements: High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Experience Preferences: Experience with grant administration and reporting. Some accounting experience and/or accounting coursework. Experience with payroll. Language: Spanish speaking a plus-If hired as a Spanish speaking employee, employee must be fluent in understanding, speaking, reading, and writing in Spanish. Physical Requirements Light work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly lift, twist, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Position requires the ability for close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus to perform an activity to determine accuracy and thoroughness of work assignment. Position requires the ability to reach, stand, crouch, walk, and finger, grasp, sit, twist, talk, hear, and perform repeated motions.
