Revenue Operations Manager

The Gap Partnership • Full Time

Posted on Wed, Aug 5, 2026

Description
The Gap Partnership is the world's leading negotiation consultancy, helping organisations create sustainable competitive advantage through improved commercial performance, stronger stakeholder alignment and more effective decision-making.
For more than 25 years, we have partnered with many of the world's largest organisations across consumer goods, retail, healthcare, technology, industrials and professional services. We work with executive teams to solve complex commercial challenges, drive organisational change and deliver measurable business impact.
Requirements
The Gap Partnership is looking for an experienced Revenue Operations Manager to join the team, to help design and implement a RevOps capability at TGP. Currently the responsibilities listed below are dispersed across roles in the business and there is an opportunity to drive automation and efficiency in our processes and systems and drive better insights into the business. This role will work closely with the Global Head of Operations and Transformation and the Global Process Improvement and Insight Lead to design and implement changes to our processes, systems and reporting. As part of creating a RevOps capability at TGP, we will together refine the future structure, roles and responsibilities of the function.
This role will own the day-to-day design, delivery and continuous improvement of the RevOps capability at The Gap Partnership. This role turns the company’s revenue operations mandate into working infrastructure, disciplined process and proactive commercial intelligence, so that our commercial organisation can spend their time selling and delivering, not on admin, manual reporting, or chasing data.
We are a “seller-doer” company: the people who win work are the same people who deliver it. Every hour of friction removed from the commercial engine is an hour returned to clients. That is the standard this role is measured against.
Process automation, and specifically the responsible use of AI, is now a core part of how this friction gets removed. This role is expected to actively identify where the commercial engine can be automated rather than simply staffed, and to partner directly with the engineering team to design and build the business-critical AI agents that make that possible.
