💻 Role

As a Revenue Operations Manager, Compensation, you will be responsible for translating our sales strategy into tangible goals for the team. You will own the compensation model for our incentive-based employees and develop plans for new functions as we grow the organization.

Team members in this role are required to be within commuting distance of our Los Angeles, San Francisco, or New York City hubs.
