As a Revenue Accounting Supervisor, you will serve as a people leader, providing coaching, development, and day-to-day guidance to a team of accounting professionals while continuously driving greater efficiencies and lower costs. You will collaborate with company partners to oversee the accumulation, recording, accuracy, and control of accounting transactions and assist in the resolution of accounting issues. Responsibilities/Expectations: Runs workforce planning and career development activities for team members Holds team accountable for performing all work in accordance with requirements, standards, policies, procedures and processes Coordinates efforts to ensure adequate financial accounting controls and integrity of our financial records Collaborates with others to establish and maintain accounting policies, standards and processes in compliance with GAAP and accounting regulations Collaborates to develop and handle financial analysis and reporting Leads sophisticated projects Communicates with senior leadership regarding data and analysis Other duties as assigned Education/Years of Experience: Required: Bachelor's degree in accounting and minimum six (6) years of multifaceted accounting experience Preferred: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Other Requirements: Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application and PC skills Deep understanding of accounting procedures and policies Previous experience leading or supervising a team is preferred #LI-AB1 Why Tulsa?
