Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 4 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 1 year with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance.
- Experience with revenue accounting and working under US GAAP.
- Experience with finance and accounting data analysis and implementation of controls or risk mitigation.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in creating accounting memos, process documentation and presentations.
- Experience in SQL and automation.
- Excellent communication and business skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and understand and present data.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Strong data aggregation skills with excellent attention to detail.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $105000 - $151000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage scalable global accounting processes and balance sheet reconciliations for Ad products Cost of Sales (CoS).
- Execute monthly close procedures efficiently—including complex journal entries and payment processing—while collaborating cross-functionally to integrate accounting systems and policies.
- Partner with internal and external audit teams on quarterly reviews and annual audits to ensure US GAAP compliance, while implementing robust internal controls to manage risk.
- Evaluate accounting workflows to identify and drive opportunities for centralization, elimination, and automation.
- Analyze and resolve accounting implications for new product launches, business model changes, and strategic operational shifts.
