At Chronic Care Staffing, we believe great decisions start with great data. We're looking for a Financial Analyst who can transform financial and operational information into meaningful insights that help drive business performance and strategic growth.
This is more than a reporting role. You'll partner directly with leadership to evaluate trends, improve processes, develop dashboards, and provide recommendations that influence how we operate and grow. What You'll Do
Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards, and executive reporting tools.
Develop financial models that support strategic and operational decision-making.
Monitor revenue, profitability, workforce utilization, and key business metrics.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.
Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve business processes.
Collaborate across departments to support organizational goals and performance initiatives.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
Experience developing reports and dashboards in Power BI.
Experience with QuickBooks, Intuit, or similar financial systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare staffing, healthcare operations, or healthcare services experience.
Experience with forecasting, KPI development, and operational analytics.
Experience automating reports and improving business processes.
MBA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certifications.

Location
Candidates should reside in the Greater Charleston, South Carolina area or be willing to travel periodically to Charleston for in-person meetings, planning sessions, and team collaboration.
Assessment Process
Candidates selected for interviews will complete a practical Excel and Power BI assessment designed to evaluate financial analysis, reporting, dashboard development, data modeling, and business insight capabilities.
