Reports to and works directly with the Business Office Manager
As Receptionist/AP/Payroll clerk, you verify and enter invoices and payroll information. You report to the Business Office Manager.
You will:
- Input and code invoices approved by the administrator/executive director
- Onboard new employees and respond quickly to all employee payroll-related questions
- Verify completion of time records, resolve payroll issues, and process the twice-monthly payroll
- Direct individuals to the appropriate office, resident room, or area
- Answer the telephone promptly and direct calls appropriately
- Provide clerical support to all departments
- Work - Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Maintain strict confidentiality with personnel, residents, and management issues
- Payroll consists of accurately confirming employee hours for facility and reporting to corporate for processing. As well as, tracking down missing timecard entries.
You Currently:
- Desire to make a difference
- Have experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
- Possess a high school diploma/GED
- Communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
- Plan and organize your work activities, manage work time efficiently, and work independently
