What you'll be doing...

You'll support contract and procurement activities from start to finish to ensure the best global purchase decisions that will meet our objectives. Coordinate activities and resources, and work with partners to execute contracts, and ensure IT, Regulatory and Global Compliance. You'll be the expert when it comes to all things related to procurement and global contract management for your projects and make sure that we get the best resources at the best price in the smoothest process possible.

• Leading all aspects of a project from project planning, coordinating internal and external resources, and reporting to key stakeholders .

• Establishing budgets and managing exceptions and resolving contractual matters .

• Supporting project managers through all contracting matters .

• Ensuring compliance for all Global Clearance and Import/Export legal requirements .

• Facilitating work between sourcing, Legal, and other project partners.

You recognize the importance of establishing positive relationships with external partners and suppliers through the contract lifecycle. You don’t shy away from conflict but engage with all parties to reach a positive outcome. You are at your best when working towards tight deadlines. Balancing multiple projects keeps you energized and focused.

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience. 

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology-related field.

• Experience with project management tools, global procurement, and/or contract Management.

• Analytical, problem solving, communication, negotiation, and influence skills.

• Ability to develop reports suitable for different audiences at various levels and functions.
