Position:  Pupil Accounting Coordinator

Location:  Administration Office

Reports To:  Assistant Superintendent

Compensation: Commensurate with experience

Summary of Position:

The Pupil Accounting Coordinator is responsible for coordinating student data related to count days, in- district transfers, non-resident students, schools of choice, summer enrollment, and the reporting of all student data to state and federal agencies. This position works closely with the Enrollment Coordinator and building staff.  In addition, this position will work closely with the Pupil Accounting Auditors to ensure pupil accounting rules and procedures are followed.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.  The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus, especially due to concentration on a computer screen and small numbers.  The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
