Property Accounting SupportJob Description:We are looking for a Property Accounting Support role to assist with accounts receivable and payable for clients.Duties and Responsibilities:● Answering frequently asked questions from vendors, tenants, clients, and employees relative to accounts receivable and accounts payable● Overseeing digital mail on our dashboard (Stable)● Keeping billing information up to date for vendors and clients● Ensuring that HOA dues and utilities are invoiced, approved, and paid on time● Notifying owners of past due balance for HOA dues we do not pay● Setting up eStatements for HOA accounts● Processing tenant security deposits charges within two hours and ensuring all tenants securitydeposits are returned within 21 days● Setting up recurring bills● Review the daily account payable report and approving recurring bills● Processing tenant charges for utility bills● Addressing and correcting any discrepancies in accounts payables● Billing for Supervisory fees and Walkthroughs● Billing for the Good Life Network Marketing fund and following up with participates for payment● Calculating bonuses for the team and notifying team members● Calculating the balance on corporate credit cards● Recording reimbursements on the company credit card● Keeping internal spreadsheets up to date● All other duties as assignedSkills and Qualifications:● Proven experience as an Property Accountant, Property Accountant Assistant, Bookkeeping,Secretary, or Administrative Assistant● Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Doc, in particular)● Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Email Scheduler and Boomerang● Expert Communicator & Simplifier – Makes financial information clear, concise, and easy tounderstand for all stakeholders. Able to break down complex financial concepts into simpleterms, ensuring non-accountants grasp key insights. Their adaptability allows them tocommunicate effectively with leadership, team members, and clients, tailoring their message toeach audience.● Proactive Problem Solver & Issue Identifier – Doesn't just react to issues, they anticipate andprevent them before they become major problems. They take initiative, think ahead, and createsolutions that keep financial operations running smoothly.● Exceptional Time & Task Management – Ensures financial operations run smoothly by stayingorganized, prioritizing effectively, and meeting deadlines with precision.● Unwavering Reliability & Consistency – Always dependable, delivering accurate and timely workwith steady precision.
