<\/span><\/span><\/div>This is a varied role offering exposure to financial reporting, portfolio analysis, and stakeholder engagement across a diverse property portfolio. It suits candidates from property management, real estate, facilities, or service‑charge environments who enjoy working close to operations.<\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/div>Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/b>

  • Support financial reporting and analysis across property portfolios<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Prepare periodic reports (income, costs, cash flow, variance analysis)<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Monitor rental income, service charges, and property‑related costs<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Act as a finance contact for stakeholders, providing insight and support<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Contribute to process and system improvements<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>Candidate Profile:<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/b><\/div>
    • Qualified, Part‑Qualified, or qualified by experience (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • 2+ years’ experience in property, real estate, or facilities finance<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Exposure to service charge, rent, or property reporting advantageous<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Experience with systems like Yardi, MRI, or similar beneficial<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Strong Excel and core accounting knowledge<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Organised, detail‑focused, and a strong communicator<\/span><\/span><\/span>
