- Prepare work by gathering and organizing documents and related information to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Process accounts payable by verifying transaction details, scheduling disbursements, and securing payment authorization.
- Manage revenue processes by verifying transaction information, calculating charges and refunds, preparing invoices, and identifying delinquent accounts or insufficient payments.
- Support collections by following up with delinquent accounts and communicating with customers on payment issues.
- Produce financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account data and trends.
- Maintain accurate accounting ledgers through timely and precise transaction posting.
- Reconcile accounts by verifying statements and ensuring transaction accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies by reviewing documentation and initiating payments, stop payments, or adjustments as needed.
- Safeguard financial accuracy and compliance by adhering to internal accounting controls.
- Protect data integrity by completing database backups.
- Preserve financial history by maintaining organized and thorough accounting records.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute wherever needed to achieve shared goals.
- Ability to process and manage large volumes of data across multiple properties
