Project Procurement Associate

Storm Guard in Madison, Wisconsin is hiring a full-time Project Procurement Associate who's ready to get things DONE.

Compensation:

• Competitive Salary: $50,000 - $80,000/year (based on experience and qualifications)
• Consistent Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING AS OUR PROJECT PROCUREMENT ASSOCIATE:

You'll play a key part in our customers' satisfaction by supporting efficient projects, strategically scheduling crew members, and ensuring all quality, safety, and profitability procedures are followed. Motivated to uphold the Storm Guard Way, you'll recruit and onboard new employees, support warehouse operations, oversee inventory control, and purchase materials in alignment with job scopes and margin targets. You'll strategically purchase materials to ensure we have everything we need without over-ordering.

Treating customers respectfully and professionally, you'll schedule roofing and exterior restoration projects and provide homeowners with regular job updates. When the project is finished up to our high standards, you'll collect final payments, close out the job, and measure project productivity/profitability.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO...

Has:

• 1+ years of experience in operations coordination, project coordination, and/or administrative support
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Close attention to detail and high levels of accuracy

Can:

• Coordinate with customers, sales teams, and production crews
• Use computers and common business software, including email, spreadsheets, and CRM/scheduling systems
• Effectively prioritize tasks and competing responsibilities

Experience scheduling or coordinating construction, roofing, restoration, or similar home services projects would be a bonus! Proficiency with project management software would also be preferred.
