This role is a valuable part of our Global Engineering Project Delivery team, which supports Roche's mission to deliver innovative pharmaceutical solutions through world-class project execution. As a Project Finance Accountant, you will be instrumental in ensuring financial compliance, transparency, and accountability across complex, multi-disciplinary projects spanning Pharma Technical Operations and other divisions. Working in a dynamic, matrixed environment, you will collaborate closely with project managers, procurement teams, finance leadership, and external contractors to drive both project success and organizational financial stewardship.

As a Project Finance Accountant, you will establish and maintain robust financial governance for assigned projects, ensuring adherence to Roche policies, accounting best practices, and regulatory requirements. You will serve as a key financial partner to project teams, providing strategic guidance that translates complex project requirements into clear financial controls and sustainable business results. The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Mississauga is 115,328.00 and 151,368.00 of hiring range. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors as determined by the company.
