Position Title: Program Coordinator

Department Name: Braden School of Taxation

Position Reports To: Executive Director of Braden School of Taxation or designee

FLSA STATUS: Exempt

Salary Range: $ 70,304.00

Benefits: The University's comprehensive benefits program

Days & Hours: Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Standard work schedule is 9:00 am to 5:30 PM, may be adjusted. A flexible schedule may require evening and weekend hours during peak periods.

BASIC FUNCTION AND SCOPE OF JOB:

The Program Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all the academic programs are fully coordinated and run efficiently and effectively. This role is responsible for coordination with the Executive Director, or designee (School Leadership), faculty, and indirectly with Tax and LLM advisors to ensure efficient daily support operation of all academic programs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education requirement:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university required. Master’s or other graduate-level degree preferred.

Years of experience:

Minimum three years of increasingly responsible experience in academic administration, student services or a related area preferred.

Knowledge of:

Microsoft software programs, including Teams and SharePoint

Direct job-related requirements:

Experience with diverse populations in an academic environment is required. Experience working with integrated data management and records systems preferred.

Skills and abilities:

Excellent administrative and organizational skills; ability to plan, manage, and execute projects and events from inception to completion with keen attention to detail under minimal supervision.

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Organizational skills to manage timelines and keep projects and tasks moving forward. Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to interact successfully with academic as well as business and regulatory personnel.

Work effectively as a team member to ensure that departmental goals are met by providing support to leadership, faculty, and staff, regardless of program designations and always keeping students and graduates best interests as a priority
