Endurion is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Program Finance Analyst to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities across multiple defense programs. This mid‑level role provides critical financial insight to program leadership, helps drive execution against cost and schedule goals, and ensures compliance with government contracting requirements. The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and eager to take ownership of core financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support development and maintenance of program budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Prepare Estimates at Completion (EACs), funding profiles, and cash flow updates for assigned programs.
• Analyze actual costs versus budgets; identify drivers of variances and assist in risk and opportunity assessments.
• Assist in preparing monthly program reviews and financial presentations for internal leadership and customer stakeholders.
• Maintain control of labor, material, and subcontract budgets; track charges and ensure accuracy of program cost data.
• Contribute to pricing efforts for proposals, modifications, and Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates.
• Collaborate with Contracts, Supply Chain, Engineering, and other functions to support program execution.
• Ensure adherence to FAR, DFARS, CAS, and internal financial policies and procedures.
• Support internal and external audits, financial reviews, and data calls.
• Provide ad‑hoc financial analysis to aid decision‑making.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in program finance, FP&A, cost analysis, or related government contracting finance role.
• Working knowledge of defense contracting standards and practices, including common contract types (FFP, CPFF, T&M, IDIQ).
• Experience with financial systems such as Deltek Costpoint, SAP, or similar tools.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
