POSITION SUMMARY: The Factory Buyer role is a critical purchasing network position, with functional responsibility for all indirect services and materials to include maintenance spare parts, reporting in to the Financial Controller.
The Factory Buyer’s prime focus is the area of indirect materials and services, with a key focus on negotiating contracts and agreements, working with Corporate Purchasing and the ION Network on new initiatives, implementing and maintaining compliance strategies within the purchasing area, creating cost savings projects and initiatives within services and indirect materials, and maintaining supplier relationships.   JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:   EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:   EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:   The approximate pay range for this position is $65,382 to $88,323 base salary. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
