Procurement Specialist

Covenant Woods is looking for a Full-Time Procurement Specialist to join our team. This individual needs to be able to provide exceptional service with minimal supervision.

SHIFT: Monday –Friday 8:00AM – 4:30PM

SOME FUNCTION INCLUDE:

• Receive and Issue purchase orders 
• Issue items based upon requests from various departments
• Maintain purchase orders and item issue database in accounting ERP system 
• Assist in dispersal of donated/excess items
• Assist with tracking and maintaining storage space for the facility
• Receiving and tracking procurement packages daily

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Must be high school graduate or equivalent.  Must communicate fluently in English.  Computer literate.  Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and accounting ERP systems.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Work requires standing and walking for half of the workday 
• Must be able to lift an average of 25 pounds up to 50 pounds
• Carry / Push an average of 10 pounds up to 50 pounds
