A career in Procurement, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to develop and manage the procurement of all goods and services required by PwC for operational and strategic purposes. As a part of the team, you’ll assist in developing our standard practices and compliance infrastructure, managing relationships for both internal clients and suppliers to aid in the strategic selection of suppliers, supplier diversity, and contract negotiations.The Opportunity:
As a Procurement Senior Associate, unlock your potential and embrace the chance to drive meaningful outcomes that’ll elevate your career. Your role will include, but isn’t limited to:
Oversee a portfolio of cross-functional categories, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Develop and execute cost reduction strategies through rigorous market analysis, sourcing opportunities, and risk/benefit evaluation.
Lead supplier evaluations, negotiations, and change management to enhance service levels and achieve total cost of ownership savings.
Track, report, and manage performance and modifications within the category portfolio.
Conduct periodic spend analyses and develop sourcing strategies to drive cost reduction, improved quality, and service levels.
Manage and monitor supplier performance, ensuring alignment with internal end user requirements and contract terms.
Lead or participate in supplier audits and cross-functional projects or initiatives.
Resolve or assist in resolving conflicts within and between projects and facilitate issue resolution for end users.
Identify and implement process improvements, best practices, and maintain efficient sourcing procedures.
Develop and manage tools for performance tracking, savings reporting, and eSourcing setup for category portfolios and suppliers.

Solid knowledge of market intelligence to provide category expertise and to interpret that knowledge to make change
Traditional sourcing and purchasing skills such as numerical and negotiations skills

The salary range for this position is $60,600 - $100,900. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
