In addition to highly competitive salaries, eligible employees are offered a bonus program, 401(k) with company match, employee stock purchase program; comprehensive medical, dental and vision benefits, including robust wellbeing programs; disability and life insurance benefits; paid time off for vacation, holidays, and sick days; and much more.Expected salary range of $134,100 to $149,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).Primary Purpose of PositionImplementation and oversight of the Supply Chain Process, inventory management, and investment recovery processes and programs.Primary Duties and AccountabilitiesOversee activities that implement inventory and investment recovery practices; and maintenance of the associated databases.Oversee process that controls changes to customer requirements on material requests, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, vendor exceptions, receiving reconciliation, engineering specifications, category IDs, business unit disputes with the suppliers, deviations from normal Supply processes, and emergent requests.Partner with external travel services provider and airlines, rental car companies, and lodging providers as well as BSC Supply Corporate Sourcing team to manage and optimize the company's travel partnerships and related processes.Oversee the implementation of the Supply Chain Process in accordance with company guidelines, legal requirements, Supply and Business Unit procedures, business unit needs and enterprise wide solutions.Partner with IT leadership to ensure resource plans established & managed to execute Retail strategyOversee the procurement process to ensure that the customer/supplier expectations are understood and the correct material/service is delivered to the right place, at the right time, for the right price; and the materials and services meet the quality and design requirements.Partner with Sales and Marketing in growing PowerLabs servicesSupport business unit emergency response activities as assigned.
