Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all.As the Procurement Manager, Demand Services, you will join our Global Procurement Organization to lead the strategic sourcing and commercial management for the $100MM North America Warehousing portfolio. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Demand Services Procurement for North America and Hill’s, you will act as a key strategic advisor within our end-to-end supply chain services team. Developing and implementing next-generation warehousing strategies, you will have the unique opportunity to head high-visibility automation blueprints and shape the global "Warehouse of the Future" framework. Influencing cross-functional leadership and major third-party logistics (3PL) providers, you will directly drive value, innovation, and network resilience across an organization trusted in households worldwide. Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end category strategies and major request-for-proposal (RFP) processes for North America warehousing services, including 3PL providers, pallets, and large-scale facility automation initiatives across real estate and operational expenditure streamsDrive cost excellence and cash generation targets across the logistics network by championing advanced should-cost modeling and negotiating long-term agreements with built-in continuous improvement metricsDeploy comprehensive supplier governance, holistic risk assessments, and material segmentation frameworks to systematically eliminate supply chain bottlenecks and advance network resilienceManage the complete contract lifecycle from requirements gathering to execution, leveraging digital Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools to guarantee 100% compliance with corporate procurement policiesElevate partnerships with strategic suppliers through a formalized Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) program, tracking performance via automated scorecards and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to foster joint value and innovationIntegrate corporate value-driven sustainability roadmaps into sourcing strategies, accelerating supplier risk assessments and expanding the localized supplier diversity networkAdditional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree.8+ years of professional procurement or strategic sourcing experience or 6+ years experience with a Master's degree.Proven experience managing the full end-to-end commissioning cycle, including supplier tendering or  commercial negotiations, and contract awards.Strong technical proficiency with enterprise procurement administration systems (such as SAP Ariba or Master Data Management tools) alongside standard corporate workspace applicationsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, with a proven track record of negotiating high-value logistics agreements exceeding $10MM USDAdvanced degree or specialized focus in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a comparable disciplineStrong alignment with core leadership principles: a demonstrated ability to cultivate trust by listening with empathy, create the future through professional curiosity, and commit to high-performance impactOutstanding cross-functional influencing and communication skills, with the capability to act as a trusted advisor and present complex business cases directly to senior supply chain leadershipPassion for digital transformation, with experience integrating advanced market intelligence, automated tools, or AI-driven analytics into daily sourcing workflowsCompensation and BenefitsSalary Range $124,000.00 - $155,000.00 USDPay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
