The Procurement Manager is responsible for managing purchasing and sourcing activities across Ivy Hospitality's growing portfolio of hotels. This role partners closely with hotel operations, accounting, and property support teams to ensure the timely procurement of goods and services while maintaining cost controls, brand compliance, and operational efficiency. The Procurement Manager will oversee vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, monitor purchasing trends, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support procurement initiatives across all hotel departments. This position serves as a key resource for General Managers and operational leaders, helping properties maximize purchasing power while ensuring quality, consistency, and service standards are maintained. Success in this role will be measured through vendor performance, procurement process compliance, cost savings, operational support, and the ability to create scalable purchasing practices that drive value across the portfolio.
Pay Range: $65,000-$80,000 per year based on experience and qualifications

Manage procurement activities across a portfolio of hotels, supporting operational, capital, and renovation of purchasing needs.

Source products, services, and suppliers that align with operational requirements, brand standards, and budget expectations.

Develop and maintain preferred vendor relationships to improve service, consistency, and purchasing leverage.

Negotiate pricing, terms, service agreements, and contract renewals to achieve cost savings and operational efficiencies.

Support purchasing efforts for FF&E, OS&E, food and beverage supplies, maintenance materials, technology, uniforms, and service contracts.

Monitor supplier performance, service levels, pricing compliance, and contract obligations.

Partner with General Managers, Regional Directors, and department leaders to identify procurement needs and purchasing opportunities.

Conduct spend analysis and identify opportunities to reduce costs and standardize purchasing practices across the portfolio.

Review purchasing trends, market conditions, and supply chain challenges to proactively mitigate risks and minimize disruptions.

Assist with bid solicitation, request proposal (RFP) processes, vendor evaluations, and contract recommendations.

Maintain procurement records, vendor agreements, pricing schedules, and purchasing documentation.

Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, approval processes, and financial controls.

Collaborate with Accounting to support invoice reconciliation, vendor setup, budget planning, and procurement reporting.

Track procurement savings initiatives and provide regular reporting on cost reduction efforts and purchasing performance.

Support capital expenditure projects by sourcing materials, obtaining competitive bids, and coordinating vendor relationships.

Assist with hotel openings, renovations, conversions, and special projects requiring procurement support.

Train and support property leaders on procurement procedures, approved vendors, and purchasing best practices.

Evaluate opportunities to improve procurement systems, workflows, and technology utilization.

Support inventory management initiatives and purchasing controls designed to reduce waste and improve accountability.

Participate in cross-functional projects that improve operational efficiency and drive portfolio performance.

Travel as needed to support hotel operations, vendor reviews, property openings, and procurement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality Management, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of procurement, purchasing, sourcing, supply chain, hospitality operations, or related experience.
- Hospitality, hotel management company, multi-unit, or multi-property experience are strongly preferred.
- Experience negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
- Experience supporting CapEx, FF&E, OS&E, food and beverage, or operational purchasing preferred.
