Your Impact:

Continue developing and implementing a donation program targeting both private and commercial donors.

Identify and cultivate prospective donors through ongoing outreach, including calls, emails, scheduled visits, and community engagement.

Build and maintain strong, recurring relationships with donors to support a consistent and reliable donation pipeline.

Inspect, evaluate, and assess incoming donations for quality and value.

Oversee the coordination and scheduling of donation pick-ups, managing and working closely with the Donation Coordinator.

Enhance operational efficiency by developing and implementing standardized processes for the donation intake workflow.

Manage truck maintenance scheduling and ensure vehicles are in safe operating conditions.

Monitor compliance with company standards and follow up to ensure donor satisfaction throughout the pickup and intake process.

Manage warehouse inventory and store distribution.

Oversee our donation truck fleet. Manage, monitor and maintain a fleet of donation box trucks including driver reports, camera and speed monitoring, scheduling maintenance and responding to emergencies.

Build strong working relationships with Store Managers to support store-level donation goals and operational needs.

Attend regular meetings with Managers, and Drivers to maintain alignment and accountability across the donation supply chain.

Collaborate with and support Stores in meeting department goals established by the Director of Retail.

Build strong working relationships across all Habitat departments.
Qualifications
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in donation procurement, outside sales, retail sales, or related fields.
- Experience with trucking logistics or fleet coordination preferred.
- Background in nonprofit operations, retail sales, and people management preferred.
- Knowledge of building materials is a plus.
