Position Summary
We seek a Procurement Manager to apply category and industry expertise to lead strategic international sourcing initiatives for Catalyst Brands Logistics and Transportation. This role is responsible for driving sustainable cost reductions, improving productivity, and enhancing supplier service levels while managing risk across a global supply base. The Procurement Manager partners closely with cross-functional leaders and reports to the Procurement Director.

Qualifications

Experience:

5+ years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain, with a strong emphasis on international logistics. Proven success managing complex sourcing initiatives and supplier relationships across global networks 


Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline preferred


Technical & Category Expertise: 

Demonstrated understanding of global trade flows, Incoterms, capacity dynamics, and logistics cost drivers

Experience in global transportation and logistics procurement, including:

Data & Analytics: 

Proficiency in data-driven decision-making; experience with procurement or transportation systems 
Familiarity with AI-enabled tools (predictive analytics, automation, generative AI) preferred 

Project & Program Management: 

Ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously, manage timelines, and deliver results in a fast-paced, global environment 

Leadership & Agility: 

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading through change; able to make informed decisions with incomplete information 

Collaboration & Influence: 

Strong cross-functional partnership skills; ability to align stakeholders, influence decisions, and deliver end-to-end supply chain solutions

Organization & Execution: 

Excellent planning and prioritization skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines 


Communication: 

Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
