Our core business focuses on cleanup and mitigation efforts for recovery from fire damage, roof leaks, flooding, pipe bursts, and post-disaster remediation due to severe weather. We exclusively serve commercial sectors including hospitality, senior housing, healthcare, commercial offices, municipalities, multifamily living, and institutional markets." 
SUMMARY: The Procurement Manager is responsible for leading BlueTeam’s procurement function across its restoration, roofing, and construction operations, ensuring that materials, equipment, and subcontracted services are sourced competitively, committed accurately, and delivered on schedule. This role owns the purchasing process from requisition through purchase order issuance and close-out, negotiates pricing and terms with vendors and suppliers, and partners with preconstruction, estimating, and project teams to align buyout with budgeted scope and execution timelines. The Procurement Manager directly supervises the Purchasing Coordinator and is accountable for the accuracy, cost control, and process discipline of all purchasing activity.     ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Preferred Certifications (not required):

  LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.  Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. 
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete and abstract variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
