Overview

PepsiCo Internship Programme is 6-9 month program designed for high potential undergraduate students, just like you, into real life business impact roles – with the goal to best prepare you for a successful future. We are now looking to hire 2 Procurement Interns to join the team in Cork, Ireland starting next year for the duration of 6-9 months. 

Who We are:

• We are the concentrate team in PepsiCo (PGCS) working across the Beverage, Nutrition and Snacks categories to deliver concentrate for many of PepsiCo’s mega brands including Gatorade, 7Up and Pepsi.  

• We are at the heart of PepsiCo products, sourcing ingredients to manufacture more than 1,200 recipes for our brands. 

• We are a global organisation, situated in 15 locations across 6 countries offering careers in various functions from Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Finance, R&D, HR and IT.

• We collaborate in our fast-paced global organisation and are passionate about creating and delivering much-loved household brands to markets across the world.

Responsibilities

Role Responsibilities:

• This position will entail an assignment with one of the speciality teams within PGCS Procurement, e.g. :

• Commercial Category/Vendor Management

• Operations

• Project Management/Digitalisation

etc

• These are global teams and will offer significant opportunities to rapidly build experience whilst working with diverse and experienced Procurement experts

• Projects typically relate to Procurement areas such as:

• Process design/improvement

• Problem solving

• Productivity

• Advancing Capabilities

• Digital / AI / ML / Systems

• Data Enhancement

• Business Continuity Planning (BCP)

• Localisation & Speed To Market

• Supply Resilience

• Market Intelligence

• Benchmarking

• Analysis

Qualifications

• Communication skills

• Collaboration & interpersonal skills

• Strong IT skills, including MS Office

• High attention to detail and analytical skills

• Drive to solve problems and fulfil objectives

• Ability to handle competing priorities and influence others to meet requirements
