We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Graduate to join our Global Procurement team. This is an entry-level graduate position designed to provide a comprehensive foundation in global supply chain operations, data analytics, and corporate financial controls.

As a key member of our team, you will manage daily transaction flows, engage with international stakeholders, and help optimize our procurement processes. What you'll be doing...

• Managing daily transaction flows, engaging with international stakeholders, and helping optimize our procurement processes.

• Reviewing and actioning Ariba Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and releasing S4 Purchase Orders (POs), diligently monitoring payment terms and ensuring supporting documentation is correct.

• Meeting critical team turnaround targets, aiming for a 24-hour turnaround on PR/PO approvals and resolving all pending PRs within 5 working days.

• Managing the shared Procurement inquiries mailbox and Slack channels as a central point of contact.

• Monitoring and resolving Procurement Match Errors (PMEs) and Goods Receipt Invoice Receipts (GRIR) to guarantee accurate, on-time vendor payments.

• Compiling, updating, and analyzing weekly and bi-weekly reports to keep procurement records accurate.

• Adhering strictly to internal workflows to ensure 100% compliance with annual Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls and internal audits.

• Supporting the team's goal of reducing manual tasks by 25% through building App Scripts, Slack workflows, and standardizing email templates.

What We’re Looking For...

You'll need to have:

• Recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, business information systems (BIS), or related field.

• Internship experience in a business or related field and / or a project portfolio that supports

• Exceptional Attention to Detail: Essential for managing high volumes of PRs, POs, and financial reports where data integrity is paramount.

• Willingness to learn enterprise systems like SAP (S4/Hana) and Ariba, and proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Excel.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Exposure to project management tools, and global procurement.

• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.

• Developed reports suitable for different audiences at various levels and functions.

• Problem Solver & Innovator: An interest in data analytics, process improvement, or basic automation (e.g., App Scripts, workflow builders).
