What you´ll do
- Lead supply risk management by identifying vulnerabilities across critical raw materials, including Tier 2 exposure, and conducting regional risk assessments (capacity, geopolitical, logistics).
- Develop and execute mitigation strategies such as dual sourcing, safety stock, and supplier qualification roadmaps to ensure supply continuity.
- Drive supplier performance improvements by managing OTIF, leading service recovery plans, and holding suppliers accountable for clear commitments and disruption responses.
- Support strategic sourcing initiatives including qualification and transition of alternative suppliers, ensuring alignment with engineering and product teams.
- Build end-to-end supply visibility by mapping Tier 1 and Tier 2 networks, identifying single points of failure, and partnering with global teams on upstream risk insights.
- Provide cross-functional leadership and reporting by coordinating across procurement, planning, manufacturing, quality, and R&D, and delivering executive-level updates on supply risk, performance, and resilience metrics.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience, or strong internship background in procurement, sourcing, or operations (contract manufacturing exposure is a plus).
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable mindset, with a strong drive to learn and grow.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint); exposure to e-sourcing or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Interest in sustainability, innovation, and responsible sourcing practices.

The
salary range for this role is $90000.00 and $98000.00. This range represents the
good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer
for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this
position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as
applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as
described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the
candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location. This
