Schedule: Full Time | 4/10 Work Schedule (Monday–Thursday)

We are seeking a Procurement Coordinator to support our Supply Chain team by managing purchasing activities, coordinating supplier relationships, and ensuring materials and services arrive on time to support production. This role works closely with operations, engineering, quality, and sales to maintain reliable material flow and resolve supply challenges.

This is a role where your attention to detail, supplier coordination, and analytical thinking directly support ICE’s ability to deliver high-quality aerospace components on time, every time.

Primary Purpose of the Position

The Procurement Specialist supports the execution of purchasing and material planning activities to ensure a reliable flow of materials and services for production. This role works cross-functionally with operations, engineering, quality, and sales to manage supplier relationships, mitigate shortages, and support on-time delivery.

This position plays a key role in strengthening procurement processes and improving material availability in a growing aerospace manufacturing environment.
