The Procurement Compliance Specialist is a member of the North America Procurement Operations Team.Your main responsibility is to ensure procurement team compliance with internal Bel policies, industry standards, and procurement best practices. You will promote compliance by 1) communicating directly with vendors and internal cross-functional parters, 2) managing KPI data, and 3) educating and training stakeholders.

Physical requirements & Working Conditions: Work is performed in hybrid office environment. Hours of work will generally be during regular business hours and average at least 40 hours a week.  At times there will be some variation in work hours due to special projects, deadlines and other concerns.  This position requires travel approximately 25% of time.
